Sunset Oaks Subdivision – Holly Springs, NC (2004-2011)

•    Land planning and construction drawings including layout, grading/drainage, utility and erosion control for over 510 single family homes on 100 acres.

•    Project broken into 12 major phases for construction drawing approvals.

•    Site was difficult in that the property has a large amount of varying elevation and overlooks of a mapped stream.  The design was worked to save those vistas and minimize the earthwork required for the infrastructure completion and lot design within each phase – further reducing transfer of soils between phases and around new roadway/utility infrastructure.
